Founder & Strategist
The Face Behind Bossy

Hi, I'm Zara.

I'm a marketing consultant, strategist, and the founder of Bossy Business Management. I work with business owners who have reached that specific stage where doing every single thing themselves just isn't working anymore.

As your business grows, so does the list of demands competing for your attention. When it comes to marketing, the challenge almost always comes down to three things: time, knowledge, and resource.

You don't have the hours to consistently market the business yourself. You don't necessarily have the specialized in-house marketing knowledge to know exactly what you should be prioritizing. And hiring a full-time, permanent marketing manager isn't always the right commercial move financially.

That is where I come in.

How We Work Together

Strategy is only useful if it actually gets implemented.

I take the time to understand your business properly: what you do, who you want to reach, where you want the company to go, and how you want people to feel when they come across your brand.

Together, we define your positioning, tone of voice, and brand personality, getting clear on what you actually want to be known for. From there, we turn it into a marketing strategy that makes genuine commercial sense for your audience and your revenue goals.

I do not want to hand you another lengthy slide deck full of things you should be doing and leave you to find the hours to figure it out. Depending on the support you need, I can do it for you, do it with you, or teach you to do it yourself.

Because growing your business shouldn't mean worrying about your next Instagram post while picking the kids up from school, opening your laptop again after dinner, or constantly feeling like marketing is the one job you never quite get around to.

Beyond Client Work

Building a business alongside a very full life.

When I'm not strategising with clients? I'm building Bossy Studios on the Ards Peninsula, hosting the Bossy Business Podcast, developing our next ideas, and, of course, running after my own children too.

I understand firsthand what it takes to scale a business alongside real-life commitments and a busy household. That balance is a huge part of why Bossy exists in the first place: to keep your marketing moving forward purposefully, even when you are flat out running the day-to-day business.
